Troubleshooting
- For iCloud sync issues, confirm you are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and ScaleWise can use iCloud.
- Turning off iCloud Auto Sync stops future syncing on that device but does not delete existing local or iCloud data.
- For reminders, confirm notification permission is enabled for ScaleWise in iOS Settings.
- For widget issues, open the app once, add or update a weight record, then refresh the widget.
Privacy and Data
ScaleWise stores data on your device by default and does not require an account for local tracking. Optional iCloud Auto Sync uses your private CloudKit database.
